Just as the name states this is a great cheddar sausage mix!! You can add more cheese if you would like, but you dont need to, its in the mix. Rich, Creamy, Cheesy, Amazing!! Add high temp cheddar cheese for an extra cheesy and flavorful brat! This would also make a fantastic smoked ring sausage. If you plan on smoking these please remember you will need to add cure.
