These are not strong enough for hanging in a smokehouse, we recommend the mahagony collagen for smoking.
Edible collagen casings can be used to make breakfast links, snack sticks, hot dogs, smoked and Polish sausage, Italian sausage, bratwurst, hot links, pepperoni and a multitude of sausages.
- These casings are ready to stuff.
- No soaking necessary.
- Collagen is not as elastic as natural casing. Therefore, it is not as forgiving for over-stuffing.
- Keep edible collagen casings refrigerated.
