** IMPORTANT: Beef Casings tend to be more dense and could have an unpleasant to chew to some. These casings are typically pealed after cooking for that reason.
Directions for use
- Rinse salt from casings
- Soak the casings overnight in fresh water. 1 hr before stuffing drain water and add in warm water (80 to 100 F) to soak. Soaking overnight in cool water in the refrigerator for best results.
- Stuff sausage into casings
- Drain unused casings and store covered in heavily salted, sealed in a plastic dish or plastic bag in the refrigerator.
